Mary is the Fairy Godmother of the Imagination Celebration, a charitable event here in the Springs sponsored by The Community Foundation, and alliance of local corporate charities. She has a vivid and wonderful imagination, is a compelling storyteller and completely adores children, thus earning her the name "Fairy Godmother." She works to bring literature, art, and theater to children, to expose new and upcoming generations to the wealth of culture beyond the blinking lights of their PlayStation games.
